Botanical cleaning services is fully insured with a $10,000 additional criminal theft bond as well as WCB covered.

At this time we service:

• Maple Ridge, BC
• Pitt Meadows, BC
• Langley area (Walnut Grove, Willoughby, and some Willowbrook) 

Note: we will travel to Mission, Coquitlam and surrounding areas for move out cleans. Please request your location for this prior to booking.

In order for us to use our time efficiently,  please declutter prior to our arrival. Pick up clothes and toys. Do your dishes and put them away. If we are busy organizing and trying to figure out where your salad bowls go we lose valuable scrubbing time. 

All supplies and equipment are supplied EXCEPT for toilet brushes. If you don't have a toilet brush please request one to be supplied. NOTE: we do carry toilet brushes for move out/in cleans!

Bleach products are a last resort and we don't carry them with us for regular cleans. If our products don't pull a stain on a bleach safe surface, we will consider it for a following clean with approval.

We use a profession hospital grade disinfectant - scent free.

Absolutely, yes! We all love animals. Our only request is if you have an aggressive or socially anxious pet to please warn us and ensure the animal is in a safe environment when we come. Please note - we do not clean up animal feces.

We are a scent free company with the exception of our degreaser and floor cleaner. If you are sensitive to smells please advise us on your inquiry to ensure scented products are not used.

We strive to send the same team each clean to build a relationship between staff and clients. Due to sick calls, time off and situations out of our control, we may need to send other teams.
