deep clean checklist

Kitchen:

• Wash exterior/interior cabinet doors/drawers
• Wash underneath cabinets 
• Wash microwave
• Clean stove top
• Wash backsplash
• Wash counter tops and any appliance that is on top of them
• Clean Tassimo/coffee traps 
• Empty toaster traps
• Wash all counter tops
• Open dishwasher and clean the ledges around it
• Wash under sink and garbage can – inside and out
• Pull off any heat vents and wash them
• Wash kick plates of cabinets/island
• Empty garbage’s – wash garbage can
• Wash all stainless-steel appliances 
• Open fridge doors and wash interior sides 
• Wash top of Fridge
• Wash intake vent at bottom of fridge
• Wash any kitchen chairs and tables
• Wash any baseboards around kitchen
• Wash under side/back side of island (where feet usually kick if they have a sit at one) of any marks
• Open bottom warming drawer of oven and wash
• Wash/disinfect all light switches
• Vacuum floors and heat vent interior
• mop

Common areas and bedrooms:

• Dust top to bottom and all ceiling fans
• Tidy
• Make bed
• Wash/dust any furniture including the legs
• Wash any lamps in and out including bulbs – vacuum shade
• Wash/disinfect all light switches
• Wash all baseboards
• Wash any marks off walls
• Wash blinds, windows, and tracks 
• Wash all end tables and coffee tables
• Wipe leather/vacuum fabric couches and vacuum interior couch
• Vacuum floors and heat vent interior
• Mop

Bathrooms:

• Dust/wash hood vent
• Dust perimeter of bathroom
• Dust doors – wash anything stuck on
• Remove light fixtures and wash inside and out
• Wash any blinds, windows, tracks
• Wash all baseboards
• Wash toilet inside, out, and all around
• Wash any marks on walls (mopping them makes it easier)
• Clean bathtub
• Wash shower
• Wash all cabinets exterior and inside door
• Clean anything on counter tops – toothbrush holders/chargers 
• Clean counter, mirror, and sinks
• Remove drain plug if able to and clean
• Wash drain hole in sink
• Wash any power outlets needing it
• Empty garbage’s and clean bin inside
• Fold all towels and toilet paper nicely
• Wash/disinfect light switches
• Vacuum floors and heat vent interiors
• mop x 2 if needed
